Refunds and Cancellations Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer care team at hello@bloodtest.co.uk.
Please include your order number, full name, and delivery address in your message.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before your sample collection kit has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once your test kit has been dispatched, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order.
To do so, please email hello@bloodtest.co.uk and return the unused kit in its original packaging to:

Please note that for hygiene and regulatory reasons, once a sample has been collected or the seal on the kit is broken, the kit cannot be refunded.
If the kit remains unopened and unused, a refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned kit.
Faulty or Incorrect Kits
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund if preferred.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days of confirmation:
1. Please check your bank or card provider.
2. Then contact us at hello@bloodtest.co.uk, and we will assist you promptly.
