1. Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
• Cost: Free on all orders over £50, or £3.99 for smaller orders.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Courier Service)
• Cost: £6.99
• Estimated delivery time: 1 working day (for orders placed before 1pm, Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Courier (Special Delivery Guaranteed)
• Cost: £9.99
• Guaranteed next working day delivery (Monday–Friday) by 1pm.
• Fully tracked and signed for.
2. Dispatch Times
• Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or outside the UK at this time.
4. Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Please check your dispatch confirmation email for tracking details.
2. Contact the courier directly for the latest update.
3. If your parcel has still not arrived after 7 working days, please contact our support team at support@bloodtest.co.uk, and we will investigate promptly.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bloodtest.co.uk.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
