Refunds and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at hello@bloodtest.co.uk. Please provide your order details, name and address and ensure that you have your order number to hand.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before your sample collection kit has been dispatched then you will receive a full refund within 7-10 working days.

Once your kit has been dispatched, you have up to 30 days to cancel your order. Please notify us via hello@bloodtest.co.uk that you wish to cancel your kit.
